Inside the planner

 I was asked on a Facebook page to share pictures of the inside of the planner so I thought I would here too

Beautiful weather

 Yesterday the weather was beautiful so warm and sunny and even though we stayed home it made from so great photos of the wildlife in the garden.

Amazing service

 I have been looking at planners made by ‘the Christian planner company’ for a few years but because I would be ordering from America the cost have put me off as what if it was not what I expected!!

Well there was a sale this week and so I bit the bullet and ordered one for this year.

It is stunning so well made and so beautifully presented.

Day out by the sea

One of the best things about living on an island is we are surrounded by the sea and like most people we do not make the most of it.

Yesterday we went out to a small nature reserve which is situated by the sea.

The weather was glorious.

The sky was an amazing blue.

The sea looked lovely.

Trying again in the garden

 I tried to post this yesterday but just could not get Blogger to work.

I never seem to have enough time and that means I don’t get in the garden enough so it still looks like a jungle.

We have some strawberries fighting through the weeds.

I did manage to clear some weeds from a bed

But there is still so much to do

As you can see the pile of brambles and logs from the fallen plum tree remain.

Within the mess and weeds there are beauties …..this is one of the aquilegias.

Finally we have found a toy/activity the dog likes

 Suki does not like toys and believe me we have tried …..she has a box full….occasionally she will get one, play for a few minutes and then that is it she just walks off.

However this arrived  yesterday morning.

She loves it. It says that 10 minutes of snuffling equals 1 hour of walking and she was certainly tired after having a go.

So much so that she curled up and went to sleep right there on the mat

Nice to be out

Following a early morning trip to the dentist for DH we went for a drive and to see some views.

 The canoe lake was covered with ducks, geese and swans.
